MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Community Profile and Business Guides: We publish 5,000 copies of the annual membership directory annually. Your business listing includes your name, location, and contact information is printed. You are first listed alphabetically and again by category (up to 3 complimentary and an additional 3 are available at $15 per additional listing. The book is distributed as a Visitor's Guide to the area and sent to people relocating, members and visitors.
Chamber Website: We include all members on our county website (www.daviechamber.com) under the Chamber of Commerce Business Guide. Member business name, and contact information is listed on the website in addition to a business description (up to 25 words).
Networking Events: We provide a monthly opportunity to attend (Breakfast Club or Business After Hours) in the area every month except December. The gathering time is 7:30 - 9:00 am for a Breakfast Club and 5:00-7:00 pm for a Business After Hours.
(M2M) Mailing Insert Program: Member businesses are able to insert a one-page flyer announcing information about their business or an event in the Chamber monthly mailing. In order to participate, 450 copies of the flyer must be provided along with a $50 fee. New members enjoy a complimentary first insert.
Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening Events: The Chamber can coordinate events for those that are new to the area, take pictures of the event forward the information to the Davie Enterprise-Record as Press Releases.
Business Credibility: We provide recognition to your business by providing a plaque for your wall or desktop that shows you are member during the current year. To be a Chamber member says that you are interested in the long-term success of your community.
Newspaper Advertising Discount: New Chamber members can receive 50% off a ¼ a page advertisement in the Davie County Enterprise-Record (for new members that have not advertised in the paper).
Chamber eLink Newsletter: The Chamber newsletter is mailed out monthly in the Chamber Mailings and is periodically published in the local newspaper, the Davie County Enterprise Record. It includes information on upcoming events, introduces new members and provides updates on community and local business news. We encourage members to share their "news" so we can spread the word throughout the Davie County business community.
Weekly Event Email: We provide direct communication to all members about Chamber and community events. We send out information on Chamber and Community events and publish information about ongoing events throughout the year.
Member Information Distribution: All members are able to leave materials about their businesses at the Chamber with their business cards for walk in visitors.
Member Referrals: Referrals are given to those who call the Chamber looking for a particular business or business types.
