December Letter from the Chairman

Tis the season! December is fully in motion and things are happening around our towns and communities. So much has been going on the last few weeks and it is fun to see people busy. Our chamber has had an amazing year of growth and changes, all for the good I might add. This time of year brings a sense of reflection and gratitude; a more joyful countenance and a willingness to compromise. The spirit of the season is fun and easy, blessing those around you seems natural and proper. I hope that you will count your blessings and find ways to share them with those around you. We are privileged to live and or work in this county, full of its diverse and wonderful people. Our way of life and our cultures, although different, seem bonded and sincere. I hope that you will find the spirit of Christmas and allow it to become your true north once more. Find joy.

A special thank you to Caroline Moser our president, Alyson Morse our membership coordinator, and Marie Merrick our communication specialist (who can truly do anything else), without each of you my year would not have been possible. We recognize how amazing you all are, and as a team unstoppable!! Ya’ll are the best. I want to say that it has truly been a privilege and my honor to serve as chairman of the board this year. I hope that in some small way, I have benefited our chamber, our county, and our community. May you each find continued success, peace, and abundant happiness next year.

“When I first open my eyes upon the morning meadows and look out upon the beautiful world, I thank God I am alive.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
