Listen to the Hillsdale Real Estate Group Podcast online here:

On this episode, host Chuck Taylor sits down with Amanda Cranfill and Melinda Szeliga of Hillsdale Real Estate Group.

Amanda is a longtime real estate veteran who assembled this core group of dynamic realtors. She loves being a part of such a strong group of smart, friendly and successful women. A domestic goddess and cupcake connoisseur, Amanda finds joy in serving on a number of community boards, including the board of directors for the Davie Community Foundation.

There isn’t much down time though—Amanda is a wife and mother of two, three if you count the family pet Vizsla. She is a tennis state champion with a generous heart for serving others in the Advance community.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology from NC State and her Teacher’s Certificate as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow from Meredith College, Melinda started her career in education as a Kindergarten teacher. However, a move in 1998 to New England to live near her husband’s family meant a change in professions for Melinda.

The Szeliga family returned to NC in 2003, choosing to settle down and raise their daughter in Davie County.

Melinda joined the team at Hillsdale Real Estate Group in June 2014 and serves her clients with integrity and dedication, assisting them in achieving their goals.
