Hello from the chamber office. Davie County is continuing to prosper in spite of higher prices and inflation. Life must go on. I recently went to Nashville, TN to visit my son. It is a beautiful city with many things to do and see. Planning is excellent around Nashville moving you easily around the city. However, if you visit, you will find potholes on the roads. Large ones. So many that country music has them in the lyrics of songs. I am thankful that our NC roads are normally good.
Just like in life sometimes we need to change or move quickly and the road there is smooth and great. Other times, however, we will encounter potholes. Areas we need to avoid and slow down to navigate through properly. Be mindful of potholes. Don’t let the things that slow you, stop you. Keep going. It’s worth the drive. Be a better you.
