Major Investment Brings Jobs and Economic Growth to Davie County
Lithuania’s SBA Home has chosen Mocksville as the location for its first U.S.-based furniture manufacturing facility. The company is investing approximately $70 million to establish operations at a 500,000-square-foot facility located at 134 Gildan Drive in the Davie Industrial Center. Building modifications are already underway, with production expected to begin by the end of 2025.
Over 250 New Jobs Coming to Davie County
SBA’s expansion will create over 250 highly skilled jobs. “The new SBA Home North Carolina facility will provide a significant boost to the local job market and economy.
